This Privacy Policy describes how Trajectory Dog Training (“we”, “us”, or “I”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website, trajectorydogtraining.com.

Puppy Pros Training is the puppy division of Trajectory Dog Training. If you were previously a client of Puppy Pros Training, or arrived here from puppyprostraining.com, this policy covers you as well.

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect information about the individual pages you view, what websites or search terms referred you here, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this as Device Information.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

SMS communication

No third-party sharing. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent data, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Phone numbers provided for SMS communication are used solely by Trajectory Dog Training for the purposes described in this section. We do not share, sell, or rent these numbers to any third party for marketing, lead generation, or any other purpose, and this applies across all our services.

How we collect consent

We collect your consent to receive SMS messages in the following ways.

Verbal consent during a free evaluation. When you schedule a free evaluation with Trajectory Dog Training, the trainer will present the SMS consent process to you during the visit, stating:

“Would you like to sign up for SMS notifications from Trajectory Dog Training so we can send you appointment reminders, training tips, and occasional promotions? By providing your phone number to Trajectory Dog Training you are consenting to receive appointment reminders, training tips, and promotional messages via text message from us. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We won’t share your mobile information with third parties for marketing.”

If you verbally agree, your phone number will be recorded and you will receive a confirmation SMS with opt-out instructions. To be added to promotional messaging you must reply YES to the confirmation message. If you do not reply YES, you will only receive informational messages such as appointment reminders.

Inbound SMS. If you contact us first by text, we will respond with an opt-in confirmation message explaining that message and data rates may apply, that message frequency may vary, and how to opt out by replying STOP.

Verbal consent over the phone. In some cases we may ask for and document your consent verbally during a phone call. Verbal consent is documented in our records with the date and time.

How we use SMS

We use SMS to communicate with you about:

• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates
• Training tips and educational content
• Responses to your inquiries or support requests
• Marketing messages and promotions you have explicitly opted into

Message frequency. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-in confirmation

After you verbally opt in during a free evaluation, or through another method described above, you will receive a confirmation SMS outlining the subscription details, message frequency, and opt-out instructions. If you also wish to receive promotional messages, you will be asked to confirm by replying YES to that first message. If you do not reply YES, you will only receive informational messages. You may reply STOP or HELP to any message at any time.

Opt-out option

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. When we receive your STOP request we will send a final confirmation message and will not send further SMS communications unless you opt in again. SMS-specific data usage

Your mobile phone data will not be shared with third-party affiliates for marketing or affiliate purposes. Mobile numbers provided for SMS are used strictly for the purposes described in this section, such as appointment reminders, support, training-related content, or promotional offers you explicitly opted into.

These phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or lead generation under any circumstances.

Email marketing

If you purchase a service through this Site or opt in to receive emails, you agree to receive email communications from us, including newsletters, site updates, promotions, and other announcements. We are not responsible for the receipt of any such emails. You are responsible for ensuring that our email addresses are not blocked or filtered to your spam folder.

You have the right at any time to stop us contacting you for marketing purposes. If you unsubscribe from our emails, you understand that you may no longer receive information or updates from us, including promotions.

Behavioral advertising
